investment costs The minimum lease price of land varies according to different cities and regions. The indications below are for lease prices in the Oromiya region. In this region, towns are classified in 4 categories. Land lease costs are highest in the first category, lowest in the fourth one. This is based on the location of the town. Each town is divided into 3 grades, depending on the location and development level of the specific sites. The costs of buildings vary with type of construction materials used, type of foundation, wall height and location. For a simple masonry storage building you will pay 900-1200 Birr/m2.
